CLIX works with the power of MAGNETS!

CLIX will attach to any set of glasses. Apply the small magnets in your CLIX Starter Kit to the inside arms of your glasses. Slide the heat shrink tubing over top the magnets, and shrink the tubing down to keep the square magnets in place.

Inside the sweat band of your hat, you’ll take the provided upholstery nail in your CLIX kit and pop it through your sweat band, you’ll then place the round anchor magnet through the nail, and cover the nail with the rubber stopper to keep everything in place.

No worries, pal! You can use a lighter; we know it might sound scary, but it's truly the fastest and easiest way to shrink down your tubing. The tubing will shrink down in 5-8 seconds on each side, and it won't damage your glasses.

Start with the lighter on the side of the tubing OPPOSITE the magnet, spark your lighter, and watch how fast the tubing shrinks. Rotate the glasses in your hand as the tubing shrinks down, and once it's got a tight, snug fit all the way around, you're good to go!

Please don't burn yourself; you're an adult... You should know how to use a lighter safely. If you're not an adult, please go find one and ask for help.

Once you install the magnets and tubing onto your glasses, that’s where they stay. You can purchase additional sleeves here for your glasses.

The Anchor magnets can be moved from hat to hat, we have a “Hat Lovers Bundle” on our product page that will give you 3 hat set up’s and 1 set up for your glasses. Or you can purchase additional hat anchors here!

This means a magnet, whether in your hat or your glasses, is facing the incorrect way. Typically, the round anchor magnets in the hat are installed improperly.

Reposition the sleeves and apply heat to the tubing again, similar to the heat you used during the install.

Magnets do loose their strength over time, so it might be time to replace them.

The glasses are not placed as far back as they could be. Adjusting the anchors (round magnets in the hat) would be the easiest fix, by simply moving the nail back further into the sweat band. Be sure to adjust both anchors if needed.
